Dan Barber is a famous American chef. He is co-owner of Blue Hill in Manhattan and Blue Hill at Stone Barns in Pocantico Hills, New York. Also, Barber is the author of The Third Plate.
He is a member of the advisory board of the Harvard Medical School Center for Health and the Global Environment. Prior, Dan has been awarded by The James Beard Foundation as one of the top chefs in America.
