Umar Muhammed Nasko was the Gubernatorial candidate of the People Democratic Party (PDP) in Niger State in the general elections in Nigeria.

He lost to the incumbent Abubakar Sanni Bello of the All Progressive Congress.

Nasko was born on 13th March, , at Baptist Hospital, now Bowen University Teaching Hospital, Ogbomosho, Oyo State.
